Holiday park in Saint Jean de Monts
This good-looking Siblu holiday park on the west coast of France in the Vendee is the ideal spot for a fun family holiday near the beach. The pool complex at Le Bois Dormant includes an indoor and outdoor pool, racer slides and a heated paddling pool for younger kids. There are also free children's clubs and evening entertainment, a playground and sports pitches, with lots of activities and tournaments happening during the day, including football and basketball. Phew!
The park is only 2.5 km from the beach, with a shuttle bus taking guests during the summer months. Or, you can take to two wheels and follow the network of brilliant cycle paths through a pine forest to the nearby seaside resort of Saint Jean de Monts. Your kids will love the fairground-style big wheel which gives you brilliant views over this charming little town.

The huge pool complex at Le Bois Dormant is perfect for long days by the pool. There's a shallow toddler pool, large swimming pool and a fun 4-lane slide that will keep the kids entertained for hours. Fancy a snack? When you want a break, visit the Vanilla Café for some delicious food and range of snacks, which has great views over the whole complex.

April: from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
May, June, September : from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
July - August: 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
October : from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
What can I wear in the pool?
Swimwear such as swim shorts, swimsuits, boxers, bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, burkinis, etc. made from suitable swimming fabric are accepted.
The entire aquatic area is open in July and August. At least one pool as well as the slides and the splash zone are open the rest of the season.

The entertainment team organises an action-packed programme of activities during the day, with evening fun moving to the Vanilla Café where there is singing, dancing and visiting musicians. Guests can also head over to the larger entertainment venue at Le Bois Masson, which is our sister-site over the road.
